My lifesaver. Having lots of different work/life tasks to do throughout the day used to give me serious anxiety. I would try to remember everything in my head, get distracted, overwhelmed, forget most of them, procrastinate, then rush to get everything done. Since I have a lot of different “jobs”, things can get pretty jumbled in my head & it all becomes a big mess.
I tried making lists on my phone, but I can’t pick up my phone without scrolling Instagram automatically for an hour. 😂(working on it!) Dan got me this bullet journal a year ago (he’s the organized one!) & taught me how to keep track of my day, habits, goals, sleep, memories & everything in between. Writing things down & then crossing them off is so therapeutic & satisfying! This thing is like my brain outside of my body & I’d be lost without it. And my gratitude page is now my favorite thing in the world. <3
